Work with me · Launch strategy consultant
The cheapest time to fix a launch is before it starts.
I’m a launch strategy consultant for established consumer brands and multi-location businesses preparing a new product, channel, concept, market, or location. I test whether the launch is ready, give your leadership team a straight call, and turn a viable decision into a 90-day plan your team can run.
A decision
Proceed, revise, or pause
On the record, with the evidence behind it and what would change it.
A plan
90 days your team owns
Scope, buyer, pricing, route to market, budget, owners, and milestones.
Control
Rules for when to push or stop
Go / no-go gates at Days 30, 60, and 90, agreed before launch.
Where’s your launch right now?
Pick the closest match and I’ll point you to where to start. Every engagement runs in the same order: the Assessment, then the Strategy, then optional support while it runs.

Launch Plan Assessment
US$399 · one-time
Send the launch plan you already have. I score it against the checks that break launches and give you a straight call before you commit more budget, stock, or people.
- Your plan scored on 12 checks across demand, pricing, route to market, economics, ownership, and execution
- A proceed, revise, or pause call, and what would change it
- The three biggest risks and the costs your plan doesn’t budget for
- Your next three steps, each with an owner and a date
60-minute consult call. Two-page assessment within 2 business days.

90-Day Launch Strategy
Custom quote · scoped after your Assessment
Turns the Assessment into the full 90-day launch plan your team runs, built around the common reasons launches fail.
- Launch goal, one north-star metric, and Day 30, 60, and 90 targets
- Buyer, positioning, offer, and pricing, with a promo floor to protect margin
- Route to market, with channels ranked by priority
- A three-phase roadmap with a go / no-go gate at each phase
- Owners, weekly launch rhythm, budget, risk register, and your first 14 days
Your US$399 Assessment fee counts toward the Strategy if you book within 30 days. A pause call gets a 90-day evidence plan instead.
Ongoing advisory · optional
Support through the 90 days
For teams that want a hand on the launch after the plan is built. Two options, both picking up from the Strategy.
Launch Advisory
90-day retainer
An advisor to your internal launch owner, including the gate reviews at Days 30, 60, and 90. Your team runs the launch. I keep it on track.
Fractional Launch Lead
Three-month minimum
For when the launch needs a leader, not just a plan. I own the launch with agreed authority and run the Strategy across your teams.
Built for established consumer brands and multi-location businesses with proven demand, a launch in the next 3–6 months, a real budget, and a team that can own implementation.
Pre-revenue, or need campaign execution rather than a launch decision? This isn’t the right fit yet.
Diagnose, prioritize, plan, then coordinate execution.
Every launch has a commit point: the day budget, stock, people, and timeline get locked. Most outside help arrives after it. Three of my four steps happen before it, while changing course still costs little.

Diagnose
I read your plan against the evidence: demand, pricing, route to market, economics, ownership, and execution. Where it holds and where it breaks.
You getA readiness score across 12 checks

02
Prioritize
Not every gap matters equally. I separate the blockers from the fixable gaps and make the call: proceed, revise, or pause.

Plan
A viable decision becomes a 90-day plan with owners, budget, and go / no-go gates, so the team knows what to push, adjust, or stop.

Coordinate execution
Your team runs the launch. I advise the launch owner through each gate, or lead it across teams when it needs one owner.
- Day 30 gate
- Day 60 gate
- Day 90 gate
Agencies and campaigns usually start here, after the expensive decisions are made.
The method behind it is the Launch Viability System: validate demand, establish launch economics, design the route to market, mobilize execution, then learn and improve.

Questions teams ask before working with me.
What does a launch strategy consultant do?
I test whether a launch is ready before budget, inventory, people, and timelines are locked. That means checking demand evidence, pricing, route to market, economics, ownership, and execution against each other, giving your leadership team a proceed, revise, or pause call, and turning a viable decision into a 90-day plan your team can run.
Where do we start?
With a free 30–45 minute Discovery Call. If the fit is right, every engagement starts with the US$399 Launch Plan Assessment. The 90-Day Launch Strategy builds on it, and Launch Advisory or a Fractional Launch Lead are optional after that.
How much does it cost?
The Launch Plan Assessment is US$399. The 90-Day Launch Strategy is quoted after the Assessment, and the Assessment fee counts toward it if you book within 30 days. Launch Advisory and the Fractional Launch Lead are scoped after the Strategy.
Do you run the launch for us?
Only as a Fractional Launch Lead, after the Strategy, with agreed authority. Otherwise your internal team owns execution and I advise the launch owner through the go / no-go gates.
We already have a marketing team or an agency. Do we still need this?
This isn’t campaign work. It’s the launch decision that campaign work depends on: whether to proceed, what to fix first, and who owns it. Your marketing team or agency executes better from a tested plan.
Tell me where the launch stands.
Book a 30–45 minute Discovery Call. Tell me where the launch stands, who is involved, and what has already been committed. I’ll confirm whether the Launch Plan Assessment is the right first step, and what would come after it.
